I am now at a place where I can honestly say that I truly love everything about myself. Sure, I have flaws but they make me me and I embrace them. I love my strength (physical and mental) and how powerful I am – even though sometimes I don’t realize it or appreciate the full capacity. I had forgotten how strong I was until I started competing in rowing. During some hard tests – I was amazed at what I was able to achieve even though my muscles were aching in pain.
