I dream of a world of women who are ready to claim their truths.
I dream of a world where women can be who they want to be without fear of judgement, pain, scrutiny.

I dream of a world of joy.
Love.
Laughter.

I dream of you stepping into the person you really are.
Shedding the layers of fear.
Of confusion.

And allowing yourself to soar to new heights.
Believing.

No, knowing.
That nothing can hurt you at your core.

I dream of a world where being yourself is the norm.
Where hiding is just not a thing.

I dream
and every day in every way I try to model this behavior myself.

I dream
and every day in every way I shed new layers of fear, allowing my soul to shine the way it must
if we let go of desire to be small.

I dream of you emerging from your pain with the confidence of a butterfly leaving the caterpillar behind.
I dream of you knowing deep in your heart that changes are always leading you closer to your Self.
I dream for you and I hope that you dream too.

Many of my clients have forgotten how to dream.
They don’t even know what it feels like to not live in dread, in fear, in agony.
They’ve forgotten what it feels like to be free, to be happy, to laugh until tears stream down their faces.

The more we believe in pain, the more we’ll live in pain.
The more we believe in the notion that thin is better, the more we’ll destroy our core.
The more we believe in needing the approval of others to be whole, the further we’ll move away from who we really are.

I dream of you walking away.

Letting go.
Breaking free.

I dream of you making peace with food.
Feeling in love with your body.
And truly happy in your skin.

I dream of you allowing yourself to dream again.
Of a life full of what you truly desire.

But mostly, I dream of you taking action into the direction of those desires.
Those dreams.

The dreams that right now, you’re suppressing with all your force
because to acknowledge them would be too painful.
To weird.
Too much of a burden to actually grow.

To do something to change your current situation.

It would mean going deeper,
breaking open,
feeling what is actually in your heart.

It might seem daunting
but it’s the only way.

Dream first.

Dream big.
Dream fast.

Allow yourself to hope for a better future.
Actually feel that better future in your body as if it was already there.

Allow yourself to make that future come true.

You do not have to live in misery.
You do not have to fight your body all of your life.
You do not have to live in “what ifs” and “wouldn’t it be nice”…

You CAN take action.
You can take ACTION.
YOU can take action.

So, I dream.

I always have.

And the reason for my growth, for my breakthroughs are those dreams.

Had I not wanted a family, dreamt of that family, written about that family and seen myself as a mom, I would’ve never continued to fight those monsters inside.
Had I not dreamt of being healthy, carefree, truly able to eat what I want when I want, I wouldn’t be doing exactly that today and all days.
Had I not allowed myself to see a healthy, thriving, happy me in my dreams first, I would’ve never gotten to that place.

I dreamt first.
Then I took action and made it happen.

You need to dream –
even if those dreams come with a price.

The price of change.

Which, if you think about it, is the best price there is.

You need to see yourself as free from your struggle with food.
You need to see yourself as being able to be in a room full of trigger foods and you being totally at ease.
You need to see yourself walking into a room full of people and feeling phenomenal in your body – without having to lose weight first.

You need to see it in order to create it.

So, what are you going to dream of today?
Tomorrow?
For the rest of the week?

Who will you be once you stop dieting, binging, overeating?
How will you feel?
What will you do?

Don’t worry about the how, focus on the why.

Dream of the life you’re destined to live.
See it.
Feel it.
Know it.

And then, take action.
Turtle steps, you don’t have to leap.
Turtle steps, but consistently.

Turtle steps – to the life of your dreams.

I dream of a world where women are who they are meant to be – unapologetically.
I dream of a world where women are proud of their bodies, freaking amazed by what they can do.
I dream of a world where women know their worth and explore it in all the most fascinating ways.

I dream of a world where you, yes you, truly dive in to the experience that life has to offer.
No shame. No fear. No regrets.

With the simple knowing that what you desire is what is mean to happen.

What are you dreaming of?
