   My word for 2013 is transformation.

   It may be my theme, too, along with “healthy, wealthy, wise” … with a perpetual undercurrent of happiness and enjoyment along the way.

   I’m always a fan of how the right words help us shine.

   One of my favorite words is ikigai.

   Hey Anna,

   One of my theme words for 2013 is application. I plan on applying all the information I’ve been gathering . I think this will help me to continue to evolve. Cheers and have a healthy and happy New Year : )
